What we collect

• Google account basics: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used only to identify your account.
• Your subscription entries: the names, amounts, currencies, billing periods, categories, and notes you add yourself.

That's it. We don't collect anything else.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
• We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
• We don't use third-party analytics.
• We never see your payment details. Subsum has no payments at all.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in our database and used solely to display your own subscriptions back to you. Service logos shown in the app are loaded from public icon services based on the service's domain name, and current exchange rates are fetched from a public rates API. Neither request includes any of your personal data.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual entries in the app at any time. To delete your account and everything associated with it, email us and we will erase it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
